Clarus Molior is part of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), a government endorsed association offering practical advice and support to the building industry as well as helping the general public with choosing a builder that is accredited. In order to join the FMB , Clarus Molior has had to fulfill a strict criteria based on quality of work, credit checks, professional references and compliance to the FMB code of practise. To validate our membership the FMB inspects our jobs in progress and reviews our completed developments every three years thereafter.
At Clarus Molier we believe that we have a responsibility to support the communities we work in and that our business should be sustainable if it is to continue to succeed and grow. To this end, we work closely with suppliers within London, Essex and Hertfordshire to ensure that where possible, we source all of our materials and tools locally. We also work with the local recycling authorities to ensure a safe and swift disposal of all redundant materials from our construction sites.
Clarus Molior also offers apprenticeships as part of our pledge to sustainability, offering paid work for those looking to further their experience within the construction and building industry. We work closely with the local college to invest in formal qualifications alongside ‘on the job’ experience for our apprentices and we feel strongly about training them the correct ‘no cutting corners’ way, to allow our apprentices to become assets to the industry and the community in which they work.
